Root Cause Analysis
Persistent or recurring faults are investigated by watching the full process across multiple shifts before any part is changed. The first suspected cause is almost never the real cause — observation, not assumption, is the discipline. We identify what is actually breaking the system and document it so the team can hold the finding.

We build condition-monitoring routines that catch drift early — measured against hot, loaded behaviour, not static inspection. Where off-the-shelf tooling cannot hold tolerance or causes downstream defects, we design and build jigs, guides, and fixtures matched to the actual geometry of your process.
